I have this from a prime day deal. Two issues. First, the hose reel is awful. Hose is too stiff. I purchased the regular hanging bracket from SunJoe (and a hose extension). Second, the holster for the wand flexes and the wand plus extension slips forward digging into the grass or pavement. I crafted a foot rest for the tip end to keep it from sliding. Otherwise works well for homeowner chores. I recommend the spinning brush if you are planning to do patios and driveways.
