Since this is only for the king size, does anyone know how effective it would be for a queen bed?
If this did not feature deep pockets, I would say to give it a try, but I have both a king bed and a queen bed and although I can use the king sheets on the queen bed in a pinch, the ones with deep pockets have an awful lot of extra fabric to be pushing underneath the mattress edges and think it would be hard to arrange the excess heat wiring so it was spread out evenly without crowding.
Not worth overheating/burning your house down for - just find one in the correct size that will allow no wire overlap. Plus, if it fits well, it is much more comfortable and you don’t feel the wires. I don’t use the heat on my side, but the better half does not like to get into cold sheets so dual controls help there, and I can’t feel any wires at all.
You should be able to get one in queen size for close to this price at Walmart.
