Right, please contact Woot Customer Service as Pepper and therealjrn) posted. They are the ones who can help with the missing items. Just posting here won’t get you the help you need.

Awe shucks Peace, I was just trying to get the poster pointed in the right direction. A bunch of #metoo over snd over from the same poster helps nothing. I assume the night crew will be by to tidy things up.

Do you know if it’s been confirmed they dont come with lifestraw / food? If not maybe better to remove
The pictures of those items.
Or was this a one off situation and the do come with what’s shown?

No, but the sales chart shows robust sales. Since we only have 3 or 4 people posting over and over about it, and just started tonight it’s too early to tell.
More will be revealed I’m sure.
In any case, Woot’s customer service is very easy to work with.

Just got mine… Same deal. Empty food and water pouches, no lifestraw. “surviveware.com” only takes you to their Amazon store and there is no means (that I can find at least) to contact anyone.

The limited posts here can very likely be due to the fact that most w00t users don’t use the forums, some likely don’t know they exist. Also, how many people are opening this up and checking through the contents vs. just throwing the thing in a closet until the time they need it and then finding out they are SOL…?

You’ll need to contact Woot’s customer service. The instructions are way up high in this thread if you need them. The phones don’t work but they’ll email you back in a couple days.

That would be an unwise thing to do. Even the sales blurb recommends reading through the literature accompanying the bag.

Mine arrived also missing the water packets, food bars, and lifestraw. The matches mentioned in the documentation were replaced with a firestarter which is an improvement imo but different. I will contact support.

I’m here to report the same thing, missing the food, life straw, and water sachets. the wipe is also expired.

Just checked mine and they were manufactured 2 years ago but expire a couple months from now. Double check to make sure you weren’t seeing the manufacture date because it was really hard to read.
