The one that was on the 17th was 6.99 this one is $12 so maybe this time it will be all 4 boxes honestly it just reminded me i forgot to email after I got mine yesterday but I am hopeful and really want all 4 boxes

Amazon warehouses sometimes break apart multipacks like this. If the one near you did this, reach out to customer service.

I had. I figured 4th time would be the charm to get the 4th box but it turns out you can only get replacements twice before a refund is the only option.
