This would seem to be a good price for a solid basic no-frills e-bike. From the reviews I have read, the biggest concern is for replacement parts, especially the battery. The Shimano 7-speed gearing and the 27-1/2" wheels are certainly a plus.
Plan to use a phone app to track your speed and distance traveled. There is no display.
This bike is $405 on the mothership so it’d probably be best to buy it their and save $95
