Spent about $10 more the last time out (mid-April). Works well enough, and the Amazon Fire TV built in is a nice bonus.
Does this have an included Ethernet port for wiring your internet instead of using WiFi?
Hi there. The manual is linked on the specs tab and it shows in the input ports available. I do not see Ethernet.
No rj45 port. Wifi only. The fire tv built in has glitches in my experience. But I test a lot of aspects that most regular day to day users wouldnt even think to use. For example, because it has the ability to respond to Alexa commands you can start a command but if Alexa asks you a follow up question (yes or no answer for example) you then respond with yes, and it says “pulling that up” and gives you search results. It can’t remember that it asked you a Question.
Also I’m pretty upset that I could’ve gotten it ten bucks cheaper with patience.
Also I bought it a few weeks ago and have had to factory reset it 3 times at least. And each time reconfigure and sign in to the apps.

I to paid 10 bucks more for something that won’t recognize my TV in ARC and has no remote codes to share so I get 2 remotes, great. Should have waited…for a different soundbar.
Got one when this was here a couple weeks ago. Was quite surprised with how well it worked and sounded. I’m having none of the issues mentioned in the reviews. I’ve got a 2017 1080p TV and the ARC communication works well. Fire stick is nice and responsive.
Is it possible to disable the internet/fire TV capability on it if you just want it as a sound bar?
Really? I was able to match it up with my Samsung TV remote without issues. And vice-versa (my TCL remote works on my Samsung TV).
I believe if you connect it to the Coaxial or HDMI Arc input on your TV you can get sound from it without using FireTV.
Yes. I just use it as a sound bar. (Mostly because the fireTv aspect never worked for me. At ALL.)
I’m addition, I use it with a TCL Roku TV and using the ARC connection it works with my TV remote.
Also, pretty sure I paid more than $10 more for a refurb from woot quite some time ago, that never worked out if the box.
So I guess I can be happy I’m not one of those people who spent $200.

From my tests the Bluetooth and optical port are just for show. It’s only a fire tv and the speaker only works for fire tv
