Teeter 800ia Inversion Table

Can I use this for water boarding?

Bought one of these a few times ago. Personally I think these are awesome. My wife likes hers right around 3:30, me @ around 4 to 5. I have bad knees so I can’t hang fully inverted but I think most don’t like full inversion. Highly recommend, especially at this price. Use with caution if you have any bad lower joints.

They now have inversion chairs which have the same benefits as inversion tables but are much easier to use. I bought mine on Amazon for $159. It is currently sold out but here is the link.

Or search Ebay for inversion chair.

This is a very good quality product! I bought this from Woot a few months back and really enjoy it. It is very sturdy and accommodates a higher weight than most inversion tables. Since other Teeter models cost this much or more used, I think this is a good purchase.

This is the premium brand of inversion tables at a great price.
They are well-constructed with a heavy duty frame and pivots. It easily folds up you can get it out of the way, however, mine is a permanent living room fixture. Very convenient for a little back relief any time.
The “bed” is very comfortable with the little padded head rest. I have once fell asleep on mine for about 10 minutes.
No, all my blood did not all run to my head and kill me. But, consult your Dr if you have doubts about your circulatory system not accommodating inversion therapy.

Much easier to use? I just step into the footholds and lean back in this. It can’t possibly get any easier than this table.
