Bought this as an open box item a few months back. very lightweight - easy to move around - and holds my 260# nicely. the adjustable nubs are nice for targeting deep tissue areas (take THAT, left Rhomboid!!!) and we did fiddle with the strap in order to tilt beyond 60 degrees.
Has it helped with back soreness?
Does this have HDMI? Sorry had to do it
Yes it has. My chiropractor says that by decompressing the spine, your discs fill back up with fluid and allows for more comfort in everyday activity.
It also makes my back pop almost all the way up.
The foot side is adjustable according to height, but depending on how you’re shaped you may have to adjust it in or out. I’m 6’1" but at 260# a lot of me is in my midsection. Therefore I have it at 6’4" to get me more centered on the pivot point
High Definition Motion Induced (sickness)?
Yes, if you tilt it too fast ![]()
Thanks for that!
Seconded. You’re reminding me that I need to get back to using mine regularly before my back starts hating on me again!
I’ve had my Teeter for several years now. I’ve loaned it to a co-worker & he’s loving it. I may never get it back…
This has been one of the best purchases I have ever ever made. Sometimes I tilt completely upside-down and do sit-ups I guess you could call them? Doing so on the ground does not work well for me with my back. Well doing them on the Teeter I can keep my core tight and my back completely straight. You can also do sideways setups tickets your side muscles working as well. I can’t do very many of them but it feels great. I also like to lay at a 60 degree angle and relax. Many do so to meditate. I also find it very relaxing and clears my mind of all my thoughts rambling through my head. This is beneficial in so many ways and folds up flat. If needed you could tuck it underneath a bed. This is a must have!
As a big guy, 5’11” 250#, I’m agreeing with the other big guy.
The ankle lock is far superior to earlier models, and it’s a bit lower to the ground.
I don’t use the pain-points or the lumbar-breaker, but the tilting and inversion with some light twisting fixes what a day of delivery driving in a semi-truck inflicts on my lower spine.
Highly recommend.
Yes it works great for me. Instant relief and a good stretch to help keep loose.
I found the plastic surfaces to be a cold/uncomfortable with a very easy solution.
Put a pair of old sock onto the foot holds (they will still hold very securely without risk of release) and drape a beach or bath towel over the main surface. Wow makes it so comfortable.
I had used the adjustable strap to limit the rotation and recently realized how easy it is to balance and control the angle with your arms on the curved outside handles. It’s a great deal and works great!
Wish I had some money to actually get this
