This! Lol, I think I sprayed peppermint oil last time they got in my house? Sprayed the crap out of them! I keep my sugar, flour etc in the fridge now, because they were getting into my sealed containers! It was insane 
I had a mothpocalypse with pantry moths once, and I hope to never have to go through that again.
Ooooof. Had that once as well. They came in the rice. Went back to the grocery store and looked at the rice there. Yep, had bugs in them. Pulled the manager aside and let him know. He was pulling all the inventory as I was leaving.
Rice was the culprit for me, too. Ever since then, everything (and I mean everything) gets put in sealed glass or plastic containers as soon it gets into the house. And I keep pantry moth traps in the cabinets, too. Never again.
