I love love love Teva and Teva quality. I love boots with removable liners; you never have to wear a wet boot again!
I have bought another style Teva boot and they were durable, comfortable and performed as promised. Teva never disappoints.
BEWARE BUYING BOOTS ON WOOT - I BOUGHT A PAIR OF TEVAS THE OTHER WEEK AND THEY WERE TOO BIG - I TRIED TO RETURN THEM BUT WOOT REPLIED BY SAYING THEY PROVIDED A SIZE CHART SO NO RETURN COULD BE MADE DUE TO THE ITEM NOT FITTING!!!
In for a pair! This will be my first pair of snow boots; I’m giddy with excitement! I love all of my Teva sandals and boots! I find them very comfortable. The boots are always waterproof, as advertised. They also last forever. I always order a half size up (normally an 8.5 but get the 9) and have no issue with fit.
has anyone owned these or other teva boots? I have a wide calf and want to know about the fit in the height because some taller boots I have a hard time with.
I’m curious about the same. Neither the Teva nor the Amazon sites for this boot list that info, and I can find only one review of it at all (on the Teva site).
Does anyone know if these are considered “snow” boots? I am not sure if there is a difference since these claim to be waterproof and also contain a Thinsulate liner.
I am trying to confirm somehow that these are sufficient snow boots for a typical mid-atlantic US area.

Many Thanks.

Hmm, Teva’s site just refers to them as a, “Lightweight, Waterproof winter boot.” I assumed that meant snow, but, it is very non-specific…

I own other Teva boots and say my calf width is average and they fit me well. I usually don’t have issues with boots, and Teva is no exception for me. I do not have a lot of excess room in the pair I am wearing now with my pants tucked in, to be honest.

It’s part of their return policy. Maybe you should read it.

Thanks for the helpful advice - yes I’m being sarcastic! One usually only starts to read the return policy when one needs to return an item. Woot should make this ridiculous policy more visible at the purchase point given that manufacturers sizing are not as standard as they should be.
I’m hoping the fact that this is a snowboot with overlapping flaps and lace-ups to will give my SO enough room in the calf. She has calves like an elephant.
I bought these boots last year on clearance. They’re comfortable, but a little quirky. The ankle all the way up is just a cloth, this makes it tricky with lacing. It also does not provide any support. If you don’t lace them to the top you can slip them on and off, then later opt to tighten the laces all the way up for more support. The soles are good, and they’re waterproof in snow, though I didn’t go hiking in them. They’re nice to put on after skiing all day, its nice to wear boots that are flexible after being stuck in the rigid ski boots. I would say they are semi-warm.
