Are these ones going to come with the actual Repellent Refill included? The last one I ordered had the seal broken and the refill cartridge removed (but the actual E55 device was intact). No response from support on it yet either.
How long ago did you contact support? Did you use the Support link within the Account tab? @ThunderThighs frequently reminds users to be sure to check the email account linked to their Woot account.
I have found support is usually very responsive.
Save your money. I bought one of these elsewhere when they were more expensive. The mosquitos just laughed.
Laughing mosquitoes are okay, as long as they aren’t biting.
I tend to hover over all of the categories to see what’s in each, and every time this comes up I zone in first on the product and wonder why an air fryer is coming up on sports and outdoors.
Mine works great… if there is no wind. Even a slight breeze renders these ineffective. For those calm evenings, I’ve been very happy with my purchase.
Also, this is a DEAL. These are usually on sale for 30-35 dollars on the mothership. 2 for 25 is a steal. The regular woot deal is one for 20. For just the extra 12 hour cartridge for 5 bucks, this is worth it.
Edit: Also, these ONLY work for mosquitos. No other bugs.

I’ve also found the Thermacell works great in calm conditions. This is a steal too!
