Dont you just love the scalpers grabbing every good deal so none of us get anything
It’s a fair price, as these PSUs are not known to be the greatest. More trustworthy than unrated ones, sure, but these are F-grade on the PSU tier lists for a reason. Its form of power protection is to commit seppuku.
For lower wattage builds without a discrete GPU, these are fine. Older stuff that isn’t worth much, sure. Anything more than that, I would opt for a better unit.
(The last time I bought and used one of these was to rebuild a $25 “as-is/for parts” computer from a thrift store.)
Sadly, with the current state of the PC industry, it’s not a good time for DIY-ers. Again.
