THINKCAR THINKSCAN 660 Pro Scanner

THINKCAR THINKSCAN 660 Pro Scanner

Anyone have any real life experience with this model?

I do not, but the onboard TPMS function alone has my shade-tree mechanic trigger finger all itchy. That’s a $150 stand alone tool. Edit- some internet snooping says it can reset tpms, but I’m not seeing that you can reassign codes for new sensors. Still a highly rated scanner tho.
Edit, seller on the Mothership
“ Hello, I am so sorry, thinkcar scan tool TS600 can not program a replacement tpms sensor. If you have any other question, please feel free email to xxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com, thank you !”

[MOD: Please note that we’re selling the THINKSCAN660, not the TS600. Also removed email address.]

I don’t think I need one of these to tell me that the problem one of the people in the description photos is have is…The steering wheel on the wrong side! lol

Hi!
The model on sale today is the THINKSCAN660, not the TS600.

Been trying to dig around a bit on this, as I’ve been wanting to get a scanner that can do brake bleeding as the majority of other features (real time information, resetting fault codes, etc.) I’ve been able to do with a $20 blue-tooth module on my phone. This will do break bleeding, but I can’t find any reviews on this model. Amazon seems to list it as not in stock and don’t know when it will return and Lowes shows it as available for about $300. The lone review on both sites seems to have been written by someone who was new to language and how words work. The Thinkcar page on Amazon doesn’t even list this. So it may be a great product, and the price is good for what it does, but I’m just not sure what the long term support for it may be.

THINKCAR THINKSCAN 660. “Captain_Steve” mentioned a concern about “Long Term” Support from THINKCAR. Well there isn’t any support NOW for THINKCAR products like the THINKSCAN 660. You can call a USA Toll Free number and leave a message, but if you get a call-back they will tell you that the only Technical Support available is by email with contracted company in China. The email option with this contractor is terrible and not a viable options so “Good Luck” if you need any technical support or were ever to have a warranty issue. If the unit doesn’t work when you get then return it if you can and run…
