Can I use this to track my special needs child in case he wanders off at the store?

This isnā€™t entirely true. It uses peopleā€™s phones who have the Tile app installed. Tile devices donā€™t talk to each other. Same as AirTags as far as Iā€™m aware.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Oh no. I hope itā€™s not a trend. I ordered a five-pack. Past experiences when this happens leads me to expect the worst.

Likewiseā€¦ Received only 1 & not the 3-pack. I emailed CS about 48 hours ago with UPC# of the 1-pack and awaiting their response. I am patient as Woot has NEVER let me down! Joined Dec 26, 2006
