Heads up people, this is from their fashion line, not their actual work boot line!
Super upset! I’ve been using Woot since before they were purchased by Amazon.
I purchased 3 of these Timberland boots and unfortunately all 3 of them proved to be counterfeit.
Double check what you received and do your research. I brought one of each boot with me to a local Footlocker to compare and the difference in quality was very apparent down to the logo, on the pair from Woot, being dark brown brown, and the logo on the real authentic ones from Footlocker was the same color as the boot itself.
Hoping that Woot/Amazon makes this right, otherwise I’ll have to go through my credit card company to file a claim.
Make sure you contact customer service. They’ll have some options for you. Here’s the blurb.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
Hi there. we’ve been carrying this line for quite a while and working with this vendor for a very long time.
I’m going to check with our team but it’s likely that these were built to spec for a large retailer. Large retailers (e.g. Costco, Walmart, etc.) will order product to their own specs and model numbers. Makes it hard to do comparisons. Timberland may put a different logo on these special buys.
