Hi! I don’t know if this is the easiest way to contact. I’m in the trap of having an email account I can’t access connected to my actual woot account.
Anyway, I think the vacuum I received is NOT the same vacuum that was advertised and I’d like to get connected with customer service on this. Can someone please help? For what it’s worth, I received an unbranded vacuum with “P11” on it.
Woot is currently locked out of the tool for assisting with email changes.
If you just need a return label, reach out to customer service and ask that they send the label to your current email address.
You can go ahead and email the request into CS and they can add you to the list.
Please reach out to support@woot.com and let them know you need to update your email address.
Please provide them with:
- Old email address
- New email address
- Phone number where they can reach you
- A good time to call including time zone
Same here. I bought three of them. None are as advertised. A generic p11 version of the Tineco. All three came in different boxes and look different. I had two Tineco vacuums that I bought last year. These are not a genuine Tineco and are not what I paid for

I have the same problem. Not what I purchased, emailed customer service 3 times. No response. I’ve called and sat on hold 20 min.
It’s an off brand that’s not at all what is advertised. The roller doesn’t work, so everything just gathers on the roller. I felt safe ordering from Woot as it’s owned by Amazon.
What a disappointment.
Hello. I see that customer service sent you a return label on 5/10. That label comes direct from UPS. Make sure you check spam/junk folders.
