Just tried mine out, buzzes like the pump/motor whatever is running but does not dispense. Anyone fix this issue or is it just dead
Instructions say to dilute the soap with water. Did you do that? If not, it might be too thick to dispense.
- Fits Various Soap Types: Freely detach the 280ml liquid soap tank and refill with various types of liquid like liquid hand soap, dish soap, or hand sanitizer (recommend foaming soap liquid; dilute with water by a 1:4 mix ratio)

Ours works great.
We filled it with the soap from another ‘foaming hand soap’ thing.
Put the batteries in
Turned the switch on top ON (lift the top lid)
Pressed the ON button for a few seconds to turn on,
It’s squirting foam whenever you hold your hand under it.
We also have made our own foaming soap by adding water to normal hand soap.
I’d probably see if it’ll at least pump just water before I gave up on it.
Yeah it was diluted to spec 1:4 I tried diluting more
They seem to be hit & miss. I have 4 of them now, 2 worked wonderfully, 2 didn’t (same as yours, made the noise, but nothing was dispensed). All filled with the same foaming soap liquid, thinned. Would not even dispense plain water.
