(Higher SEER means higher energy efficiency and lower energy cost)

Does this one need a vacuum pump for instillation?
It states that the 16ft lines are pre-charged which is similar to the MRCOOL Series where you do not need a vacuum pump to vacate the lines. It still may not be a bad idea to have one incase you need it.
So, maybe?
One of the reviews mentioned you need a vacuum pump to complete installation.
These type of systems are meant for partial DIY installation. You probably need an electrician for the power but the lineset is precharged for the very purpose of not needing to go through the procedure of a traditional system. I doubt there is a review on one of these type systems anywhere where someone isn’t bemoaning how the precharged system can’t possibly work and one absolutely must follow traditional practices.
