Anyone ever hear of this company? They claim they have been around for 20 years. No where on their web site or FB page is an address. Seems to be some quality control and warranty issues.
Basement dehumidifiers are great and I like that this one has a power outage restart but if it doesn’t have a pump to send the water to a drain, it’s a dealbreaker!
If running continuously, the drain bucket will need to be drained about every five (5) hours.
Never heard of them but searched for them on google (www.tosotdirect.com). They have an online chat for customer service, and I found their warranty page which says you are covered for 1 year.
