I think the Government should get involved.
Too many tails are getting senselessly squished by rockers.

Phase 1: Tail-sensing sensors are placed on rockers, stopping all rocking until the coast is clear.

Phase 2: All rockers will be sold with the sensor mentioned above and a professionally-trained tail monitor person will need to be present whenever any rocking is happening.
