I got these earbuds very quickly, but they came to me defective. They do not charge! I have emailed woot via customer support, but haven’t gotten a response for 48 hours. I don’t want this product!! I want my money back. They were a gift for my niece, but are from China and the battery is no good! The advertising is very vague on these.
Update: Woot took care of me and gave me a refund. Way to go Woot!!!
You might look for a hidden piece of clear plastic covering the charging points. Someone found that on another pair of earbuds. He said it was REALLY hard to see.
