Does anyone have the one w/ the LEDs and temperature display? I can’t find much information about it via Google.

I’m wondering how long the hose is, and if I can use my own hose instead? I’ve got a particularly long hose on mine right now so I can use it for washing the dog.

Also… I have pretty low water pressure here. I’m worried about it being enough to run this battery-free wonder.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

The color changing shower head is so tempting, but how am I supposed to see the soap in the dark while I’m enjoying the light show?

I don’t have any experience with this particular model, but I bought a color changing shower head from woot before and the turbines inside the head that powered the lights were so loud and annoying, I threw it away within a week. I felt bad even returning it knowing I was putting something so horrid back into the world. This one looks to be a bit better quality, but IDK, I’m still a little gun shy.

The Color-Change one has terrible reviews elsewhere.

Wishing I knew the GPM for the Aquagenix Slimline. The price is right. #gallonsperminute

I ended up doing a lot of research and bought one of these instead:

The LED one would have been cool and all, but with the pathetic water pressure I’ve got here, the high sierra one seems to be my best option.

$70 at Amazon, no reviews. http://www.amazon.com/HotelSpa®-Ultra-Luxury-Color-changing-Lighted-Temperature/dp/B00JV4RPVI

Does anyone know if all these shower heads are plastic?

This review - mind you, without the LCD - says they are plastic and crappy … http://www.amazon.com/HotelSpa®-Ultra-Luxury-Color-changing-Lighted-Temperature/dp/B00JV4RPVI

The LED shower head looks like my DreamSpa head I bought a while ago. It is plastic, but is holding up ok. However, one thing has always bugged me, so I feel the description needs more detail:

•Powered by running water, no batteries needed / Extra-large 4.25" Chrome Face + 12 small faces staring and spraying water at you.

How does a shower head end up in the “Tools & Garden” category instead of the “Home” category?

Is it a shower head for the garden?

The turbine powering the led and temperature gauge burnt out in two weeks for me.

Not uncommon either

good question. i bot a 35 $ one from homedepot. and it was all plastic including the connectors. it wud leak and cud not be wrench tightened as too fragile. .total waste of my money. beware of plastic

1431 Woot claims msrp: $79.99, but Amazon has the same model and says msrp is 59.99 and they sell it for $39.87.

Grossly misleading MSRPs seem to be popping up way too often Woot. Please correct this. Don’t pad your numbers to make a $10 savings look like 70% off.

It is pretty neat, I only shower in the dark sometimes and the glow from the led’s in the dark with the different water settings are so relaxing I often forget to soap
