This is the best weighted blanket! I wish it was on the deal-o-meter but nonetheless it is awesome! I wash it on gentle and lay it out to dry. I actually have 2, both purchased on Woot.
Do you notice a difference in the way you sleep with a weighted blanket?
I most certainly do. I sleep much more soundly with a weighted blanket than without.
That being said, if you are looking- I would recommend one with a removable cover so you can just clean the cover as needed and not try to wash the entire blanket which can be a strain on your washer depending on the weight.
When I sleep with a weighted blanket, I sleep uninterrupted. Without it, I wake every 3 hours. I had no expectations when I got the blanket and was happily surprised.
When I have a migraine, the blanket is the enemy but any other sickness and I love it.
This blanket has loops on the edges to put/secure a cover over it, but it doesn’t come with a cover. I waited to wash it because I was afraid it would fall apart. But it washes well (I only need to wash it occasionally).
