Unable to change email address

How do I change my email address when I no longer have access to the old one? I can sign in with my linked amazon account, but don’t receive any email confirmation of orders, shipping, delivery etc.

I’ve opened several support cases noting my new address, but support is either ignoring my requests or is reply to the current email address - which I can’t access.

Woot is currently locked out of the tool for assisting with email changes.

If you just need a return label, reach out to customer service and ask that they send the label to your current email address.

You can go ahead and email the request into CS and they can add you to the list.

Please reach out to support@woot.com and let them know you need to update your email address.

Please provide them with:

  • Old email address
  • New email address
  • Phone number where they can reach you
  • A good time to call including time zone
