And just to be nit-picky, but that isn’t a “valve gasket set,” although it does include the valve cover gasket. That is a “top end gasket set.” Looks like it includes the valve cover gasket, the head gasket (two for some reason?), the exhaust gasket, the intake manifold gasket. And is that a single valve seal? If it is, there should be two.
