Pretty good deal if you need this much oil. But hey, oil doesn’t really go bad until you put in a car. Even if you don’t do your own oil change, buying this stuff isn’t a bad idea. Valvoline is a respected brand so no quality issues. If you get your oil done at a shop, they sometimes use non synthetic or the cheapest stuff they can find. You can have them change the oil with this, save a bit of money and be sure you have quality oil in your car.
Oh, and if you have a Costco membership, they also have sick deals on their house brand of synthetic oil.
I noticed that Woot is charging state tax on oil. I thought oil was taxed before sale to the public. Please straighten me out.
