So I got these, things of notice:

  • Headphones have an USB-C port to charge but this shipped with an USB-A to Micro USB cable
  • Straight USB-C to USB-C connection, it does not charge
  • Using an USB-A to USB-C does charge.

I would contact customer service. They tend to help out a bit.

Hi there. These are new so the cables included should have worked. Looking at the manual, one end of the connector should be USB-C. It does say to connect the other end (which the drawing shows to be USB-A) to a wall adapter.
