It is not the bag or the color shown. I assume I need to return it for a refund. I am trying to speak to someone to figure out how but am on a 20+ minute hold.

Well, if we’re a scam site then Amazon is too because we got it from their site and imported their features.

So I should look at Amazon’s listing for an item and not what Woot has posted? What I recieved is not what Woot has pictured. What is the charge to return the item?
No. I was saying that we got this from Amazon inventory and we import the photos and features from them. Their site has issues as well.
