These are really exemplary Sangioveses. Bright fruit, but not so over the top that they can’t be successfully paired with food. Went in for two last time around and they’re already gone because SWMBO and I loved them so much.
There is a marked difference betwixt the regular and riserva. The riserva was much more polished and complex, the regular more primary.
I wish we had the funds to get 2x more! Buy up.
