NE1 know what the “non-stick” surface is? Ceramic or PTFE?
Hi there. These are being obtained from Amazon inventory so we don’t have a lot of information. Here it is on Amazon. There may be more information there.
Bubba frozen turkey burgers in the 24 CM Vinod I bought here in May. The pan is stainless steel, inner surface is textured, blackened and covered with a stainless steel wire mesh. The best non-stick without chemicals I’ve used. Unlike Cuisinart you don’t need a cooking glove to hold the handle when the pan gets hot. Served me well for two months but no cookware lasts forever.
FYI Vinod is India’s Cuisinart equivalent. Vinod does not sell lids for its pots and pans separately. No lid with this so it’s a good deal but no super deal IMO. A glass lid with a handle and a vent hole makes this more useful. You’re gambling that you can find one that fits on Amazon as I did for my 24 CM.
Buy a wooden, nylon or silicone spatula to use with this, not metal. If you’re going synthetic, silicone is better than nylon because it withstands higher temperatures.
