I only looked at the first few threads of the everything but woot page and couldn’t help but notice all of the unhappy people.
I have a monetary limit on something I would purchase here. I’m going to say $50 one thing on here that I wouldn’t get too bent out of shape for if it didn’t come or came broke.
No, I wouldn’t eat the cost, my credit card company has been very cooperative in the past when I purchased a luddell striking tool.
But given the recent lack or inattentiveness of customer service and people coming to these threads for help (which is downright ridicilous) I may just stop buying from here altogether. deals.woot is where its at for me anymore anyways.
not the sponsored deals either. they’ve been a joke for the last couple weeks.
I’m sorry you feel this way, your complaints have been registered. We are definitely trying to get back on track to be as awesome as before, but I understand your gripes. I hope we can be better for you in the future.
it’s fine. I’m really not angry, and it’s really not to sound offensive, but I really consider woot like a yard sale. No phone number to get ahold of anyone, contact (if any) can be take weeks. prices are usually good enough. I’ve made decent money flipping some stuff.
And, thank you, you’ve validated many people problems by responding to my post not even 10 minutes after i submitted when I didn’t even ask for help.
truely, this level of service should go out to people that need customer service.
