Anything that uses electricity for heat is terribly inefficient. The Vizio 37" 1080p LCD HDTV runs on 70 watts.

So you could use it to tailgate at the UT games and put the Vizio TV in the SUV and power it to watch them loose while eating brats on the grill…(don’t attach the grill to the power inverter per my first comment.)
