I don’t understand why shipping charges are included for Prime members

It could be several issues causing the shipping charge to remain.
On the checkout page, is it asking you to verify your address or payment method? Do that, it should refresh, then the charge will drop off.
Other things to try:
App: restart or unistall/reinstall
Desktop: Clear cookies & cache
All: Log out of both amazon & woot. then log back in.
Try with a different browser.

Hello. Your most recent purchase didn’t show a login with your Amazon Prime info. Definitely try the things that @pepper114 suggested
