Where is the app for thos camera. Does it exist?

Is there an app for this item that works. Bought it during an earlier woot, but haven’t been able to get that, or any app to work. Have reached out to the manufacturer, am awaiting response.

The ad shows a different camera mounted on the windshield.
So which picture is correct?
I got the camera to connect to the app, but every time I put the 32 GB sd card it, it disconnects. Anyone know how to fix this?
