Black you can get just the beanie or the beanie and the gloves.

Yeah, there was confusion on our end on this sale. Customer service will be reaching out to all customers so you can wait for that. I would imagine it would go out today.

Note that our emails go to the email address on your woot account, not your amazon login if used/different.

Wondering if this beanie would work under a ski helmet comfortably. Looks like from the pics that the ear pads dont stick out very far… anyone have any experience with this?

So I started charging it with power cord provided for Christmas as a gift. I attempted to connect the bluetooth and it isn’t even showing up after scanning. I tried the power button again. IT ONLY SAYS DEVICE OFF. EVERY. TIME.
The item will not turn on.

I bought this for Christmas much earlier this year AND I paid more for it than it is for sale now. Exact same item. Item is passed any warranty so I just get to eat the $23 AND find a different gift for belated Christmas. I am pretty annoyed. I spent many, many hundreds in here since joining last year and I see the prices being the same or more than I can get elsewhere.
I am disappointed that customer service couldn’t help me in any way with the defective item. There was no packaging so I can’t contact the company either.
I will stick around for the cool tee shirt designs but I think that was the last burn for me.

Since two of the beanies (no gloves) is still in the proccess of being shipped, may I change the shipping addr for just that order?

Hi there. These are fulfilled by Amazon. We have no way to change addresses as the order is already processed and in the queue to be pulled at some warehouse in the US. Sorry.

Yeah. I thought coming here would provide some assistance. A Bluetooth beanie that only shuts off every time you try to pair it according to the instructions. I thought it would be a great product. Wondering how anyone has paired their device? I guess I wasn’t the only one suckered in by this deal.
