any details on brand or reviews?
How can they not list the brand?
Sorry about that. They’re Marquee Innovations.
The one I received are not new, but used! and are defective! I also have to contact woot support before returning
I wonder why? Do not buy!
I’m very sorry. They definitely should have been new.
I received mine today. They are “Sport Wireless” brand model TWS-02. Mine were new (yay), and fully functional. Works better with cell phones than computer Bluetooth headset adapters (on computer, for conf calls I can hear but can’t speak… Still working on that). But for smart watch and cell phone it’s great and balanced- and I’m heard well on calls. Bose Connect is referenced in the small manual included in the box, but these are definitely not Bose ear buds. Very lightweight. Only one size of silicone ear canal pads included. Recommend getting your own pads if needed (pads are small… a little bit loose)
Anybody knows is it only 4 hours play time? Maybe that is the case for low price? Just checking Amazon stock and all, including lowest cost, has more play off time. What is the battery size and charging time?
Thanks,
Alex
Are these the same product listed in Jan 2019 with terrible comments?
Thank you for the heads up! I can’t stand when companies sell used stuff and they don’t inform the consumers!! I’m sure some or most would be ok with the idea if the company was honest in the first place!! Crappy companies!
These are NEW. I’m not sure what happened on that one set but we’ve had no other complaints.
I could only find two reviews online, which itself is worrisome, and both of them complain about the battery life.
Maybe if Jeff B. takes another 90% off, and free shipping, I’ll put them in my cart.
Used one of them live, connected to a laptop, to wirelessly record a class lecture (delivered by me) for the benefit of students who weren’t able to attend. The lecture was 1hr 50 mins long, but the battery in the fully charged earbud failed less than 1 hour in. And to activate them you have to plug the case into a USB port somewhere, even though it appears to be charged. They are not turning out to be what I thought they were supposed to be…
These are less than $20… on WOOT… no they are not Bose… or Apple or Samsung… you want Bose performance BUY BOSE… or how aboot

$20 for a crap product is still $20 wasted. Don’t care if it’s on WOOT; I want them to work - and losing charge within an hour is not working for me.
Has anyone figured out how to use these? The instructions don’t help - half of the words are spelling wrong, and the English doesn’t make any sense. I can’t even figure out how to turn them off. I was able to pair them to my phone, but I don’t understand how to to use any of the functions. The “manual” says to use the “switch” button to turn them off…and I can’t find any switches. Any help is appreciated.
Update: These headphones do not work. Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected. Do not buy.
Sorry for the issue. Please reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Continuing the discussion from Wireless Earbuds with Charging Box:
Finally that product stop working at all. Charging box can’t be charged and very pure from beginning ebuds dead now. My experience: Was able to connect with phone. No success with comp. Bluetooth connection was erratic. Play time even with one bud was ~1 hour. And per supplied manual the case battery are so tiny 50mAh. This useless product cost $20 - insane. Trying to return it. Let see what happened.
I’m having a hard time keeping especially the right one in my ear.
