All I can say is that anyone who pays this is REALLY GETTING THE SHAFT 
And that’s for 12 of them. $5.99 for one seems reasonable.

Where are you getting $5.99? The one listed on Woot worked out to $79.54 each and the one on Amazon works out to $9.53 each…

I came up with the price based on the Amazon post from @renatuslives for 12 of them and the option to buy one for $5.99 right next to it. Although I see the price went up for 12 of them already.
Amazon is kinda stupid on their pricing. If a 12 pack was $114.46, that would be 114.46/12=9.538333333. So the fact that they sell a single one for $5.99… anybody who would buy the 12 pack instead of twelve single handles is 
The fact that they jacked it up to $154 is even more stupider.
Wal-mart ain’t no better. You have to watch the “value pack” prices. Quite often it’s cheaper to buy multiples of the smaller sizes than to buy the “value” pack.
But there’s a sucker born every minute…
I remember, back in the good ol’ days when you could afford to eat fast food, Big Mac’s were $2.66 each. Every once in a while, they would run a special where you could get TWO Big Mac’s for $2.22 for BOTH. I swear to you, no lie… I was in line one day and the lady in front of me ordered a Big Mac. The cashier told her you can get two for $2.22. The lady said “no, I just want one.” 
I mean… You could save it for later. You could give it to someone if you really didn’t want it. Hell… You could throw the other one away and still come out ahead!

I hear you on all accounts. It is the same mentality as ordering the double chili burger deluxe and extra large fries and then ordering a diet coke (unless you are diabetic that is), the logic doesn’t work.
