What is the weight limit of the rack, how much does it hold up to??
How tip resistant is it with heavy coats? Base is not weighted it seems.

Pretty flimsy. I bought one previously. For Slightly more. Not bad for the price but not very stable. Very light wood.
Mine is tippy. Have also had to repair several of the “hooks” (pegs). And it has a lean. I use it to hold dog leashes and harnesses.
