Edit: I stand corrected, according to one of the images it does have a swivel end cap. I’ll buy it, but I’m not paying a whole dollar extra for the blue blue one! 
I love that the bits are stored in the handle so you don’t have to carry around a case, you can just put it in your pocket. The drawback is that the end is flat with a 90 degree angle and doesn’t rotate. This means that you can’t seat it in your palm, and turn it with your fingers as easily.

This is a good brand. I have bolt cutters and some other WorkPro tools.
