Would you rather be invisible or be able to read minds?
If I can read minds I will be able to walk across the street and not get killed, Invisibility requires nudity and I don’t like being cold.

But if invisibility is a cloak, but you could only read minds when you are naked… Would you change your answer?

Wait. You mean I’m NOT invisible? Hmmm. Sure seems like I am.
So is it invisible all the time or the ability to turn invisible whenever I want, because that makes a big difference? If it’s invisible all the time I’ll take read minds because a life where no one would ever see me again seems like it would stink. If it’s the ability to turn invisible, I’ll pick that, just to avoid all the emotional damage that would come from knowing what everyone really thinks about you all the time.
I actually do not want to know what is on someones mind.

Invisibility on command would be useful. Reading minds would be awesome, but only if you could also communicate on the subconscious level along with it.
I mean reading minds is almost creepier than lurking around naked. I can’t control my random thoughts… There is some really weird sh!t that pops up in their… I mean stuff that I could never share with anyone… Except here on the woot forums.

I second the invisible vote. I know what’s in my mind. No one should have to read the weirdness in my head. So i am sure i dont want to reads other peoples minds. The mischief that i could cause while invisible is way better.

This question is usually posed as flight or invisibility and it is supposed be used to judge a person as being good or bad leaning.
They assume that invisibility would be used for naughty things and flight would be used for helpful things.

Not sure… If you could fly, by sheer will, would you still be afraid? Like if you could breath underwater, would you be afraid of drowning? Or if your skin was impenetrable would you be afraid of wild animals?

As for reading minds… I have no desire to know what other people think. Hell, what most people say out loud these days is bad enough. Imagine knowing what they really thought!

Another concern is Medical care. I’m 3-10 years from needing a Heart Stint. How would a doctor operate on me if my arteries are invisible?
