What region do you need and what did you receive?
I needed a USA region card and have no idea what I got other than itās not USAā¦ā¦it just tells me it was purchased in different region from your account⦠update: fixed for me woot support sent me 2 more codes that did work

Wish I wouldāve read the comments before buying 8 of these. I am having the same issues as everyone else with the different region error. I am in the US with a US woot/amazon account and a US Microsoft account. We will see how good woot customer service is.

Got the email this was āshippedā 1/27 1130am
Tested the tracking number / code 2 hours later.
It worked just fine , no issues in US.
I only bought a single pass.
āThis code canāt be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account.ā
Woot should probably just stop selling these codes, this seems like a common issue.
Iāve emailed support and will be waiting for a response.
Edit : 2 days later - new code received and did work.
Woot customer service is saying I am outside the 90-day window when Iām not. This is on top of selling out-of-region codes to people in the US, so people in the US canāt even redeem them. Customer service has been dreadful. Definitely stay away from these ādeals.ā
Iāll pass this on to somebody who can hopefully intervene.

Iām having the same issue on this as everyone else, getting an āIncorrect regionā error when trying to redeem on a US based MS account. Waiting to hear back from woot support on this. ![]()
Finally got around to activating my code just now and seems Iām not the only one getting the incorrect region error. Contacted CS a few minutes ago. Hoping my son doesnāt have to wait too long to get this sorted.
Has anyone had any luck with CS? Dealing with the same āIncorrect Regionā for several weeks now. Received replacement codes and those too gave āIncorrect Regionā and now I canāt get a response from CS. Emailed again today.

Bought several Xbox GPU US digital codes in Nov. '24. Checked (not redeemed) all codes shortly after receiving them. All were active(unused) and redeemable. A few months later when I tried to redeem these codes, 5 of the codes that I had not yet redeemed were all redeemed and unusable. Someone used my digital codes.
I reached out to customer service and after a few days of emailing back and forth, providing screenshots and such, I was provided with 5 additional codes. Each of these codes were unusable. One of which was already redeemed and 4 others giving an error of incorrect region.
The delivery system for these codes is an email providing a tracking number. In place of a tracking number, the code is listed instead. This does not appear to be a secure delivery method and opens the information to be stolen by unauthorized persons/employees of woot/customer service. The theft/fraud is ongoing and rampant, affecting too many woot! customers.

Iām also getting the incorrect region error. Communicated with customer service and sent a screenshot. Itās been four days and there has been no response. This is messed up.
Update: CS is stringing me along. Iām wondering whether I should do a chargeback

I bought 8 of these, and they dont expire so i just tried redeeming them a few months after purchase thinking i bought them, they are mine, i can use them when i want. All 8 say its for the wrong region. I emailed CS and hopefully get something worked out. I spent almost 300$ n feel like i was robbed. I dont even want a refund i just want my codes to work, or codes that do work. If that cant happen hopefully then i can get a refund because this is shady business to say the least, and amazon is usually great, and if they own this company hopefully somebody can help me. @ThunderThighs
