Am I the only person who has received damaged fans? I bought these for myself and to give out as gifts. Out of the 7 I’ve bought, only one (the orange fan) has worked.
I’ve tried using them on my phone, a portable charger, and nothing happens at all. I’ve even let them sit for an hour thinking they need to be “charged” and it doesn’t do anything.
Contacted Woot customer service about the latest broken fan I received yesterday, but I will not waste anymore time and money with XITAUDIO products.
