Yes4All Adjustable Dumbbell - 60lbs

I know I’ve got too much free time, but please help me out with the math.
4x5 = 20
4x8 = 32
20+32 = 52

Says weights ranging from 1.25 pounds, which I would assume is the bar by itself?
Makes 54.5 pounds. So we’re missing 5.5 pounds. Yes there are 4 collars, but do they each weigh more than the bar? Or, is the 1.25 pounds the collar, so a person would curl what would normally fasten onto the bar? That would make 4x1.25=5 and 52+5=57. The bars would weigh 1.5 pounds each to equal the advertised 60 pounds. I don’t think the 2 fasteners would outweigh the bar itself though not by an entire pound. :thinking:

A bar and two collars weigh about 3.5 pounds, give or take an ounce or two.

I can see where the confusion could be. On Amazon, the description bullets are shared between various product options. For this one the “1.25” and the “10” don’t apply.

Okay, 3.5x2=7
7+52=59=close enough!
