I bought a pellet smoker from woot 3 years ago. Probably the best purchase I’ve made from woot. I use it constantly and love everything I’ve ever tried in, but the ribs and pork butts are the best.

They all seem to use the same hopper and electronics - my controller looks the same, but is branded camp chef. I’ve never had a problem in 3 years of weekly use.

I have a Camp Chef pellet smoker that I love. I paid $600 for it so this is a good deal.

By the way, what’s up with Woot and the disclaimer that pops up at the bottom of the screen?

I bought the Camp Chef DLX pellet smoker on woot a couple years ago and really love it. I’ve been using it year round and it has held up nicely. I’ve been waiting for it to go back on sale so I could purchase one as a gift for my brother.

The Z Grill is less expensive and probably does as good a job as the Camp Chef but if you read the online reviews, it’s a lower quality smoker.

I’m going to pass. Thanks anyway.

** There is no Pellet shoot. The Camp Chef has a nifty pellet shoot for swapping to a different type/flavor of pellets.
*The Z Grill doesn’t have the clean-out for the ash in the fire box like the Camp Chef.
*There is no meat probe or jack in the controller like the Camp Chef. You have to supply your own probe with its own controller.
No optional equipment like a front shelf, right side shelf, sear box, or grill cover

I bought this exact model from another seller not too long ago, for a few hundred more $$$ than here. This is a great grill. It holds its temperature well, has an even cooking temp across the surface, and seems to be built pretty well.

If you want a wood pellet grill, you really can’t go wrong with this one. This is a steal at this price.
