Just get a garage and an EV that you can warm up with the garage door closed. It’s great.

It’s nice how they somehow seem to accidentally hide the cord in every one of the photos.
I guess that’s what happens when you have Ruth in Advertising. (She’s such a trickster…)
The Amazon reviews of this thing are all over the place.

Electrical engineer here: either they discovered how to defeat physics and you should invest heavily in this product or this isn’t going to do what they say it’s going to do.
Personally I think I’ll invest in some screaming monkeys instead.
All glasses in my car have builtin heating!! I spare one so others in need can buy!
Regular old scrapers work well enough for me.
I have difficulty making a ‘buy’ decision on this. So, I think I’ll just put it ‘on ice’. Otherwise, my wife may give me ‘heat’, stating that we can ‘scrape by’ without this item.
The Sharper Image version:
So it would keep my face warm, too?
I’ll be here all week. Try the roast beef.
I had one of these years ago. If snow or sleet were falling it was a little helpful as it kept it from sticking to the glass. Once it stuck, not much use unless you want to leave it in place for a few moments then move on.
You’ll be better off investing in a good scraper.
I bought this a few years ago and only used it once. It doesn’t cover enough ground to be useful. It might slowly melt ice within its dimensions but doesn’t make scraping any easier. The heat doesn’t extend beyond the scraper so you’ll end up bunny hopping from place to place melting ice without actually using the scraper for its true function of scraping ice off windshields and windows.
I had a similar scraper many years ago. The heat cracked the side mirror. I never used it again.
Fortunately I never used it long enough to try it on the wing mirrors but sorry to hear it’s possible to happen
