What a disappointment the description shows and says extending handle scrub brush with 3 heads what I received was just a handheld brush and 2 heads.
Sounds like they sent you the wrong thing. Better reach out to CS. Here’s the blurb.

I was sent the handheld with two changeable brushes , but I ordered the extended handle with three brushes.
