These are great for steelhead fishing in sub freezing temperatures

I assume these are nicer than the ones I got issued by the military? Since I’m stuck in Chicago all winter I just might get these if they are actually nice, I like the fact that they fold up. Mine is a piece of wire with some cheap cloth sewn over it with no stuffing…
