Msg’ed CS a couple times and haven’t heard back, but one of the shirts that I received was the wrong color. I got a pure WHITE shirt instead of a CHARCOAL shirt. The others were correct. Further the white one looks like it might have been a return because it doesn’t have tags on it the way the others do.
Did you tell CS to send you the correct colors that you ordered? Two of the color options include white.
Yes. I ordered correctly and got the wrong color. Wrote to CS three times now and no response!
They consider multiple emails duplicates and delete them.
Get ThunderThighs involved if you don’t get a response by next week. Surelly this is an easy fix for CS.

Day three got a response. Now they are looking to se if these is a replacement. I know how this is going to go. They’re just hoping I go away, but I ordered something and got something else.
This happens pretty frequently and they never have a replacement even tho the item may still be up for sale!
Not really sure why they just don’t give me a 25% refund and I’ll send back the white shirt.
