Hi there. We did up until 1/1/2021 when Flash support ended. Our SquareTrade widget was Flash. We hope to offer them again sometime in the future.

The lack of pictures of the system ports and the lack of system specifications is becoming very frustrating. I’d seriously consider picking up one of the Dell 5480’s, but without knowing if the keyboard is backlit and without knowing the ports available, I’m not going to risk buying a system I can’t return.

TL;DR: Woot - start posting more detailed specifications of computers and more than one to three pictures of just the front of the system.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve passed it on.

For the photos, it’s hard to get that on refurbished computers because we have to rely on stock photos and they often don’t match our configurations.

I keep waiting for a really decent development desktop machine to be offered but instead it’s chromebooks, chromebooks everywhere :sob:

@ThunderThighs Can someone PLEASE inform the guys writing the Title that “SOFTEN YOUR COMPUTER” is what MALWARE and VIRUSES do?

This is like the third time they’ve used that phrase.
