So, I ordered 3 things from Woot, and only received 2. I opened an investigation with ups, but it seems I need to get in touch with Woot. Problem is, while I login with my Amazon account, the email address in woot is an old email address I used when I was in college, and the college has deactivated that email. What really puts me in a loop is that I can’t remember my old password associated with that email to even change my email address. Help!!!
TLDR: lost package and need to contact Woot but, woot account email deactivated by host, can’t remember password to change email, how do I get this resolved?
